How we make money.
Short answer: we don't. This is a personal project, not a business.
Zero revenue
MyMoneyMap does not generate any revenue. There are no affiliate links, no sponsored content, no commission deals, no premium tiers, and no ads. Every product mention on the site is category-first ("a no-fee HISA") with multiple examples — we don't get paid by any of them.
What we will never do
- ✕ Sell or share your data — we don't even have it (it's on your device)
- ✕ Use affiliate links or referral codes
- ✕ Accept commissions or sponsorships from financial institutions
- ✕ Lock features behind a paywall
- ✕ Show advertisements
- ✕ Recommend products based on anything other than what's best for the user
The real cost
The total annual cost to run MyMoneyMap — domain, hosting, and the late-night debugging sessions — is about $250/year. That comes from the builder's personal coffee budget.
